### Bathroom Refresh

This homeowner had already gutted their bathroom and needed a hand bringing the space back to life — so I installed a brand new vanity and medicine cabinet to finish the job.

### Deck Refresh

For this project, we completed a full deck refresh to restore both safety and appearance. Our team removed and replaced **145 linear feet of damaged decking**, **50 linear feet of top railing**, and installed **three new 4x4 railing posts**. The result is a sturdy, polished outdoor space that’s ready to enjoy — built to last with quality materials and expert craftsmanship.

### Basement Wall

For this project, we framed a new basement wall measuring approximately **91” x 76”**, creating a clean, functional separation of space. The wall was finished with **drywall installation**, followed by careful **mudding and sanding** to ensure smooth, seamless joints ready for paint.

We also **installed a custom-fit door**, including a **locking door knob** for added privacy and functionality. The project was completed with **trim and molding around the door casing**, giving it a clean, finished look that blends seamlessly with the surrounding space.
